1. Refund eligibility
BulaBudget may provide refunds for eligible subscription charges, including certain first-time
payments and duplicate or incorrect charges. If a free trial is offered and active, no charge
is made during the trial period, so there is no refund for the trial itself.
Refund eligibility may depend on account usage, time since the charge, and whether the request
relates to a monthly plan or an annual plan.
2. Refund request time window
Please submit refund requests within 7 days of the applicable charge date. Requests submitted
after this window may still be reviewed, but refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Monthly and annual subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are generally billed every month and may be refunded for the most recent
charge if requested within the refund window and approved.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Approved annual-plan refunds are reviewed on a
case-by-case basis, especially where substantial service usage has already occurred.
4. Cancellation behavior
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your
access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless we notify you
otherwise.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, sign in to your BulaBudget account and submit a request through the
Refund Requests flow. Please include the relevant
charge details and the reason for your request so we can review it properly.

We may ask for additional information to verify the charge or support the review process.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method when supported, and
timing depends on your payment provider or bank.
